One of Europe's largest glass coating lines
Glass Bottle Coating Service.
We coat glass bottles for wine, spirits, perfumery and olive oil brands. Colour coating and spray application on any geometry — gloss, matte, metallic, frost, pearl, ceramic-like. Industrial volumes, batch-to-batch consistency. Verona, Italy.
Any finish, on standard glass
Gloss, matte, satin, metallic, frost, pearl, ceramic-like. Coating delivers finishes that glass manufacturing cannot — without changing the mould, without exotic glass formulations. The bottle you already buy, in the finish your brand needs.
Any geometry, uniform coverage
Spray coating follows the form: heels, shoulders, recessed panels, tight curves. Uniform colour in a single pass — the areas other decoration techniques struggle to reach, covered with the same quality as the main body.
Consistency at industrial volume
The matte approved on sample is the same matte on every bottle, in every batch, months apart. Controlled curing and colour management on one of the largest glass coating lines in Europe.
The standard range
Eight finishes. Four coverage options.
And everything in between.
Coverage
Custom colours matched to brand standards. Gradient and partial applications available on the same line.
Key specs
Trusted by leading groups in wine, spirits and perfumery — including Pernod Ricard, PUIG and LVMH.

Is ATIU a coating service or an equipment manufacturer?
A service. ATIU does not sell coating machines or equipment — brands send us their glass bottles and we coat them at our plants in Verona, Italy. Colour coats, primers and finishes applied at industrial scale on one of the largest glass coating lines in Europe.
What finishes can be applied to a glass bottle?
White gloss, white matte, metallic, clear, frost, pearl, milky and mirror in the standard range — plus custom colours matched to brand standards, satin, translucent, ceramic-like and soft-touch effects. All applied on standard clear glass, no mould change required.
Can you coat shaped or curved bottles?
Yes. Spray coating is applied as a liquid and follows the geometry — heels, shoulders, recessed panels and tight curves are covered uniformly, in a single pass, with the same finish quality as the main body.
Can coverage be partial or gradient?
Yes. Full body, partial, sheer or gradient — for example a colour fading from solid at the base to clear glass at the shoulder. Coverage is a design decision, not a process constraint, and changing it is a brief revision, not a tooling investment.
Can you decorate on top of the coating?
Yes — that is ATIU's core strength. Our digital sublimation prints HD artwork at 1,200 dpi directly on the coated surface: coating for the base finish, sublimation for the graphics. One partner, one production flow, one accountable quality standard.
